5. Production & Quality Control
With approved samples in hand, production begins at one of our vetted factories across Asia or South America. Our local QC teams in Vietnam, China, Malaysia, and Brazil manage daily oversight — verifying materials, testing stability, and ensuring full compliance with required certifications. Every piece is tracked through our transparent reporting process.
6. Logistics & Global Supply Solution
We don’t stop at production. The Source Collective coordinates shipping, tariff mitigation strategies, and regulatory documentation to streamline every global movement. Our logistics network ensures efficient delivery while protecting margins and timelines.
7. Final Review & Handover
