Yaneev Ronen
Founding Partner
With over 25 years of experience in global furniture design, sourcing, and supply chain management, Yaneev has overseen more than $250 million in purchasing and production, along
with the logistics coordination of over 75,000 containers worldwide. His career has been defined by innovation and advocacy within the import and manufacturing sectors — including
his key role in a CBSA court case that
successfully helped change duty rates for inbound furniture, resulting in duty drawbacks worth millions of dollars and setting a lasting precedent across the
furniture industry. Yaneev’s expertise spans from design development to factory management, with a
proven track record of building efficient, scalable systems that connect creative vision to reliable
manufacturing execution. At The Source Collective, he leads the strategic direction, factory partnerships, and client development, combining operational precision
with a deep understanding of design and craftsmanship.
Ashley Gilroy-Thompson
Director of Operations
Ashley Gilroy-Thompson brings over a decade of operational and logistics expertise to The Source Collective, ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to completion. Over the
course of her career, she has managed more than 50,000 SKUs, overseeing complex product catalogs, inventory control, and production timelines across multiple regions. Her deep understanding of international
sourcing, supplier coordination, and quality assurance allows her to anticipate challenges before they arise, ensuring seamless communication between clients, factories, and freight partners.
